I have spent time at the mall and downtown train station. I decided that after seeing the Piedmont (last post) I would take a walk down town. Greensboro is a remarkable downtown experience. This pub and restaurant was on my walk. I had seen other pictures of this elsewhere.
The seeing of this historic Woolworth was inspiring. It is now the civil rights museum, containing the original lunch counter where the sit in took place.
Finally, I arrived at this downtown park. This fits in nicely with the theme of public space/public art.
